Remoulade Sauce


Ingredients

<ul>
<li>1 cup mayonnaise</li>
<li>1 teaspoon lemon zest</li>
<li>1 tablespoon lemon juice</li>
<li>1 tablespoon chopped capers</li>
<li>2 tablespoons chopped spicy pickles</li>
<li>1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard</li>
<li>1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley</li>
<li>1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimento, drained and finely chopped</li>
</ul>

Instructions

Combine all ingredients.  Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.  Keep refrigerated.
