Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
  • 1 cup whole Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to use up to 24 hours ahead.
