
Classic Chimichurri
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tightly packed oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup tightly packed Italian parsley leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large shallot, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Store refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to 1 week.
