Perfectly fried catfish fingers with Hoisin-Sesame Sauce dipping sauce. Sauces like this one can be made ahead for added convenience.
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup Ponzu sauce
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
- 1 tablespoon Asian chili garlic sauce
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store for up to 1 week.
