Harvest Select also offers regular and jalapeno hush puppies to compliment any of our catfish products. You can be assured that our prime U.S. farm raised catfish is farmed and processed with care to provide the freshest, safest, and best tasting product available. All of our value added products are checked throughout the processing operation for correct weights, visual appearance and proper percentages of breading, glazing and marinade.
