THE FEED

Harvest Select has had a strong working partnership with the Alabama Catfish Feed Mill since its beginning in 1999.  This mill is located along side our facility in Uniontown, Alabama. This relationship allows us to control what goes into our fish.  The Alabama Catfish Mill, along with one other mill, provides our farms with a scientifically formulated diet of soybeans, corn, wheat, vitamins and minerals.  This feed creates a mild, slightly sweet tasting catfish that is versatile in the kitchen as well as pleasing to the palate.
