Before we harvest one pound of catfish, our Quality Assurance department must sample each pond for flavor. Harvest Select samples each pond numerous times with the last sample coming right off the live-haul truck before entering the plant for processing. This rigorous practice ensures that our fish are 100% "On Flavor". |
