At Harvest Select, we offer a wide variety of products to meet all the needs of our customers.  Our catfish is tasty, packed with nutrients and easy to cook.  Harvest Select’s catfish is transported live to our two state – of- the – art processing facilities  and within 50 minutes they are processed and packed.  Now that’s fresh!  Our company provides prime U.S. Farm raised catfish to supermarkets and restaurants throughout the United States and internationally.  This mild and flaky, natural resource is raised in fresh water ponds and is eco-friendly.  Before processing, our Quality Assurance department samples our catfish several times for texture, flavor, and quality to ensure a delicious product that will please your palate and adapt to various recipes and cooking forms.    Harvest Select catfish is offered in these final forms: whole fish, dressed, steaks, shank fillets, nuggets and strips.  All of our products can be purchased year-round fresh or frozen, breaded or unbreaded and marinated.  We also offer regular and jalapeno hush puppies as the perfect accent for all your catfish dishes.  At Harvest Select, we are working constantly to develop new products and improve existing product lines to adapt as the market demands.  We believe that our customers deserve the best catfish possible.  Effective, precise management from our farms to your table assures Harvest Select catfish is sustainable, natural, traceable, healthy and wholesome.
