| In 1999, through the efforts of Mr. Bryant and other Alabama fish farmers, a seven million dollar feed mill was opened next to Harvest Select. Here we produce a high-protein floating pellet consisting of soybean and cotton seed meal, corn, wheat and other natural ingredients. This carefully blended feed is what gives each fillet, whole fish, and nugget its consistent sweet flavor. The mill was expanded in 2006 and is now producing over 100,000 tons of feed annually. |
