Randy Rhodes, President, Harvest Select Catfish
Randy has been in the industry for over 25 years.  He is actively involved in all areas of our company. He served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for one of the largest U.S. domestic catfish processors for over 20 years. Randy promotes teamwork, communication and requires that management are professionally trained and experienced in his or her department. 

Bobby Collins, Vice President of Operations
Bobby manages the daily operations for both of our catfish processing facilities in Alabama and Arkansas.  He has over 41 years of experience in the catfish industry and in catfish processing and production management. He began his career with Strahl and later with Southern Pride Catfish in Greensboro, Alabama where he worked in operations management and quality control management.

Shirley Samples, Comptroller
Shirley has been in the catfish industry for over 27 years.  She began with Harvest Select Catfish at its inception in 1991. She has extensive experience in all administrative personnel functions and is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions for the company. 

Mike Owens, Vice President of Farming Operations
Mike has been involved in the catfish business since 1983, managing his own catfish farm until 1992. He has worked as farm manager for Southern Pride Catfish and Williamson Cattle Company. In 2001 Mike joined Harvest Select Catfish as ACI farm manager. In 2008 he assumed responsibility for the harvest dept. at Harvest Select Catfish. Mike has over 27 years of experience in all areas catfish farming, harvesting, and management.

Mark Hasty, Regional Sales Manager and Retail Sales Director
Mark has extensive experience in the catfish industry with an emphasis on food service and retail sales. He also has experience in pharmaceutical and medical sales that spans two decades. Mark is responsible for developing and managing foodservice and retail sales, including national accounts.
